Søren (Col)

Søren is a Colombian DJ, music producer and multi-instrumentalist whose musical journey has developed across electronic music, live performance, music production and a wide range of musical environments. His approach to DJing is built around versatility, musicality and the ability to understand the atmosphere of a venue and adapt the musical experience to the people in front of him.

His relationship with music began through live performance, developing as a guitarist and bassist and gaining experience in bands and orchestras. This background gave him a strong understanding of rhythm, harmony, arrangement and dynamics, as well as the discipline and awareness required to perform as part of a musical ensemble. Over the years, these foundations became an important part of his identity as a DJ and producer.

Since beginning his career as a DJ in 2019, Søren has performed in different environments, from clubs and electronic music events to festivals and private settings. His experience includes performances at venues such as Tunnel, Mode House and Area 54, as well as appearances at Hombre en Llamas Festival in 2018 and 2019.

Rather than defining himself through a single genre, Søren approaches each performance according to the environment, audience and purpose of the event. His repertoire allows him to move naturally between different levels of energy and musical styles, making his profile particularly adaptable to hospitality environments.

For sunset and lounge settings, his selections can move through Organic House, Deep House, Melodic House, Downtempo, Chillout, Soulful House and Nu-Disco. This side of his work explores deeper and more underground electronic territories, including Hypnotic Techno, Raw and Deep Techno, Progressive House, Organic House, Dark Progressive and Psytechno.

The artistic project represents another dimension of his musical identity. While his professional DJ work is built around versatility and adapting to the needs of each venue and audience, his personal productions allow him to explore a more distinctive and experimental sound.
