ZAVT

riginally from Mexico City and now based in Toronto, Canada, Sergio Aramis, better known as ZAVT, is a DJ and producer bringing his Latin roots into the underground House and Tech House scene. His sound blends Latin percussion, rolling basslines, hypnotic grooves and infectious vocals, creating a distinctive style driven by Latin Tech and Latin Groove.

His connection with music began at an early age, but it was through electronic music festivals and Toronto's underground scene that he discovered the sound he wanted to pursue. Inspired by his experiences in Canada, Tulum and beyond, ZAVT eventually began producing his own music, combining his Latin influences with the grooves of underground House.

With releases on labels including Sabroso Records, Beatcartel and Pero Qué Flow, alongside projects with 303Lovers and Papi Records, his productions have gained support from internationally recognized artists such as Paco Osuna, Gordo, Cloonee, Mason Collective, Hot Since 82, Josh Baker, Luciano, Matroda, Andruss, Jay de Lys and more.

One of his milestones came with "PAU," his collaboration with Santana, which reached No. 1 on Beatport's Tech House Releases chart and was played by Gordo at Coachella's Yuma Stage. His music has also reached dancefloors at Pacha Ibiza and Space Miami through international DJ support.

Behind the decks, ZAVT has performed at venues including CODA Toronto, REBEL, DPRTMNT, Story, Nomad and Papaya Playa Project in Tulum.

Driven by a genuine passion for music and the connection it creates, ZAVT continues to develop his sound and bring his own blend of Latin energy and underground grooves to dancefloors around the world.
