My connection with music started long before I ever got behind a DJ booth. Music has always been a big part of my life, especially through my first big passion: skateboarding.

Growing up in skate culture meant being surrounded by different music scenes. Rock, punk, rap and urban music were all part of it. For us skaters, music was a very important part of the experience. The skate videos and movies that shaped each era were not only about tricks or spots. The music in them also became part of our identity. A song could always remind you of a specific skater, a specific video part or a specific movie.

Skateboarding also brought me into the audiovisual world, creating content for brands and being part of a culture that was always producing new videos, events and ideas. New skate movies, YouTube parts, events and everything around the scene kept feeding my passion for music.

After several injuries, I had to leave the skate scene behind. But my obsession with music was still there. By chance, through different friends, I ended up being part of a small music collective. We started putting together our own small events, and this was my first real contact with a DJ mixer and, little by little, with electronic music.

What started almost naturally became a new path for me. A couple of years later, I am still exploring, learning and trying to find my own sound within electronic music. I enjoy experimenting with different sounds and discovering new ways of understanding club music.

Right now, I feel like I am going back to some of my roots. I am becoming more interested in Latin sounds and the energy of the club scene, and I see a lot of interesting possibilities to explore there. It feels like a place where all the things that have been part of my journey from the beginning can come together and become something of my own.
