I’m DJ Nano, a Syrian living in Wiesbaden, Germany, Music has been my safe place since I was a child.

It’s more than sound to me — it’s an intimate connection, a language without words.

Coming from an Arab community, choosing to become a DJ as a woman wasn’t easy. I faced challenges, doubt, and judgment — but passion was louder.

Moving to Germany was my turning point. Through techno, house, trance, and psychedelic sounds, I discovered myself on a deeper level.

I love music so deeply that sometimes I cry behind the controller — because for me, it’s not just a set. It’s truth. 🎧
