Music has been a constant in NITRILE AFFAIR's trajectory since its early years. Influenced by fundamental artists such as Depeche Mode, Bauhaus, Neu!, Can, Nirvana and Brian Eno, he developed a deep curiosity for sound exploration that led him to learn the art of mixing and record collecting.

As a DJ, he actively participated in the growth of the electronic scene in southern Spain during a key stage of its evolution, sharing the booth with international artists such as Paul Kalkbrenner, Sascha Funke, Mia, The Modernist, Richard Davis, Murcof and Fax, among other relevant names in contemporary electronica.

NITRILE AFFAIR's relationship with vinyl transcends mere technical preference. Trained in the culture of record and analog mixing, he finds in this format a way to build sessions where time, selection and transition take on a more conscious and artisanal dimension.

Much of their performances are developed entirely on vinyl, using a collection carefully constructed over the years as a starting point to explore territories ranging from Ambient Dub, Hypnotic Techno, Deep House, Techno House, Electro, and experimental electronica.

Far from dogmatic positions, he understands the digital format as a natural extension of the creative possibilities of the contemporary artist. For NITRILE AFFAIR, the true value of a session does not lie in the technology used, but in the ability to generate a coherent, deep and emotional sound experience.

During his residency in the United Kingdom, he expanded his musical experience by collaborating as a session drummer at Spirit Studios Manchester, a historic studio associated with emblematic artists such as The Smiths, The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Simply Red and 808 State.

In 2019 NITRILE AFFAIR was born as a creative platform to develop a completely personal artistic vision. Their sound proposal transits between Dub Techno, Electro, Minimal Techno, Ambient and hybrid electronic landscapes, exploring deep textures, hypnotic structures and enveloping atmospheres. Their discography includes the works Versatile EP, Abby SS EP and Osaka EP, the latter published by Insectorama, and contributions to compilations by several artists (V.V.A.A). among which REM and MAU in Piranha Siberia Dub, SBF in Rhod Records and MUTE in Slope Point stand out.

Far from the limitations of traditional genres, NITRILE AFFAIR builds immersive sound experiences where experimentation, emotion and musical narrative take center stage.
