Lainfiesta

Lainfiesta is a Guatemalan DJ and music producer whose sound blends the raw energy of Hard Bounce, Trance, and Techno into powerful, high-intensity sets designed for peak-time dance floors. Driven by dark atmospheres, industrial textures, hypnotic rhythms, and emotionally charged melodies, his performances seek to balance intensity with storytelling.

His journey in electronic music began at the age of twelve after growing up in a family where music was always present. Since then, he has spent more than a decade refining both his production and DJ skills, continuously evolving alongside the changing landscape of underground electronic music. While his early productions leaned toward industrial and peak-time techno, his current artistic direction embraces the crossover between hard techno, hard bounce and modern trance, influenced by the European underground scene.

Beyond performing, Lainfiesta is the founder and creative force behind Katharsis Kollectiv, a platform dedicated to promoting harder styles of electronic music in Guatemala through events, audiovisual content, and community building. His vision extends beyond the DJ booth: he aims to help strengthen the local underground scene while building meaningful connections with artists, labels, and promoters around the world.

His music has been released on independent labels, including Huum Records and Visceral Recs, with projects such as Katabasis and Anabasis I: Emberwake, reflecting his cinematic and conceptual approach to music production.

Whether performing in clubs, underground venues, or alternative cultural spaces, Lainfiesta approaches every set as an immersive experience — one that invites listeners into a journey through tension, energy, and release. As he expands internationally, his goal is to share and present his music within the global electronic music community while continuing to evolve as both a great artist and a good person.
