KONT

DJ kont is a DJ originally from Villavicencio, Meta (Colombia), whose connection with electronic music began approximately six years ago from the place where many stories are born: the dance floor. Before getting behind the decks, he experienced the rave culture as an assistant, finding in it a form of freedom, expression and community that awakened his desire to build experiences through music. Their sound proposal is developed between techno, hard groove and melodic techno, with an identity focused on the progressive construction of layers, the creative use of loops and a mixture of percussive and melodic elements. For DJ kont, each session is an ever-evolving journey, where each track brings a new texture and keeps the audience's energy moving. Inspired by artists such as Yanamaste, Solomun, Setaoc Mass, Truncate, Nic Fanciulli and Ignez, anne has dedicated his time to studying the musical selection, rhythm and narrative of a set. Their goal is not only to mix songs, but to create moments of tension, release and connection on the dance floor. Although she has not yet been part of the programming of clubs or festivals, she has shared her music in open spaces such as parks and squares, understanding each presentation as an opportunity to perfect her technique and connect with new people. As part of his artistic identity, DJ kont has decided to keep his image in the background. He prefers that music be the center of the experience and that the audience connects first with the sound, atmosphere and energy of each performance. He currently continues to develop his artistic project, exploring new sounds and perfecting his own style with the vision of taking his proposal to clubs, festivals and stages where electronic music is lived with intensity and authenticity.
