Jhoez

Jhonatan Stiven Sarabia Suárez, known artistically as JHOEZ, is a Colombian DJ and producer born in 1996 in Segovia, Antioquia. His proposal is born from empirical research and an experimental perspective that has led him to explore the depth of minimalism and the darkness of deep tech, creating soundscapes where subtle rhythms are intertwined with innovative textures and heavy bases. Influenced by references such as Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Arpiar and Traumer, Jhoez builds sets that move between minimal techno, deep tech, deep house and microhouse, always with a narrative that prioritizes atmosphere and groove over the predictable. His career has been forged from the underground scene of Medellín, where he has actively participated in collectives and nightclubs that bet on riskier and less commercial sounds. In parallel, his work as a producer has led him to release on international labels: "Out Control" through Nervous Records and "Wonderfull" on Serious Tech, tracks that reflect his ability to balance minimalist elegance with forcefulness of the track. Jhoez does not seek to follow formulas: he seeks to make people uncomfortable, hypnotize and take the listener to a place where sound becomes a physical experience. From Colombia to the world, his proposal is just beginning.
