Ivan Oaks

Ivan Oaks is a DJ and breakbeat producer, with a sound somewhere between funky breaks, electro breaks, and nu skool. Their proposal is based on groove, fat bass, broken drums and a way of understanding electronic music from the criterion, club energy and careful sound.

In 2026 he begins a new stage as an artist, signing his first tracks with relevant labels of the breakbeat scene, both national and international, with releases that will be released soon. This move is in addition to a catalog of his own already published on streaming platforms and Beatport under Oaks Sound, his own independent label.

His vision as a DJ is focused on breakbeat sets with careful selection, progressive energy and connection between funky, electro, nu skool and rave culture. A proposal designed for the dance floor, but built from the detail: broken rhythms, weighty basses, swing and a clear sound identity.

In addition to his work as a DJ and producer, Ivan Oaks is the founder of Oaks Sound, a label that in 2026 begins to sign its first artists and develop its own identity within the scene. This facet reinforces his relationship with music from the criterion, curatorship and background work, always maintaining the main focus on his artistic project as Ivan Oaks.
