Daniel Vonztroke

At the age of 14 he had his first approach with turntables, in an apartment in Mexico City of his cousin DJ ADN, with whom he fell in love with the technique, sounds and atmosphere. At that time he surrounded himself with musicians such as Ray Vera (Drummer of the mother polka), Paco groove (Founder of groove sounds) and DJs such as Marte 9000 (Martin Parra), among others.

That's when Daniel decides to learn the way of turntables. At the age of 19 is when he finally plays at his first party with CDJ 200 opening the way to what would be at that time DDVTKE, for 4 years he took that name, with which he played House, with tropical rhythms and a little jazz. Being influenced by artists such as Masters at works, John Cutler, Frankie knuckles among many more.

After the DDVTKE era, Daniel decided to change to his real name and that's what they called Daniel Vonztroke, and return to his influences as a child, time of global underground, dark sounds, parties in weird and abandoned places, cookie and ramiro era, raves and flyers. All the influence of the 90's and Daniel's family.

Among outstanding places ah touched on Faunna rooftop, HK Lounge, saberes y sabores, El depa, Room 82, La casa de las gargolas, among other locations.

He has shared the stage with great exhibitors such as Tini Tun, Montenegro, ADN, Ray vera, musikraft, Loui Fresco, Serge mx, Deleit, sole grandini, Acid flux, Paco groove, Laurent among others.

Currently, Vonztroke's sets are characterized by deep and dominant bass, immersive atmospheres and a sound narrative that advances between darkness, tension and groove. His proposal does not seek to simply accompany a night: he seeks to build an experience, take the audience from one state to another and turn the dance floor into a space where time seems to lose importance.
