Black Balam

Martín Acosta Cornejo, a.k.a, Black Balam, is a Mexican DJ, curator and selector of House music. Despite having a huge love for music since he was a child, Black Balam began his career as a DJ only in October 2024, however that love for music has led him to have a wide knowledge of it. His first presentation as a DJ was at the mythical club in Mexico City "Departamento Studio Bar", with the support of the party and collective "Discourse". Influenced primarily by Funky music, and characterized by an eclectic, deep and dynamic style, Black Balam offers the dancefloor a bold and fresh dance experience. Black Balam, he does not follow trends or algorithms, he is not an "instagrammable" DJ. He is simply looking to bring back the original and authentic spark to House music and Rave culture.
