Akamas

Akamas is a German DJ, Producer and Multi-Instrumentalist focused on electronic music. With a passion for music and a background in playing different instruments, he has developed his own approach to both music production and DJing.

With years of experience playing guitar, drums, piano and various percussion instruments, Akamas brings his background as a musician into his productions. He incorporates live instrumentation into many of his own tracks, combining recorded instruments with electronic elements. This hands-on approach allows him to bring his experience as a musician into his electronic productions and explore different sounds along the way.

As a producer, Akamas focuses on Chill House, Tropical House and Afro House. His music combines the styles of different genres, while leaving room to experiment and develop his sound with each release. An important milestone in his journey has been his exclusive label deal with Soave Records, through which he has released tracks such as “Be There With You” and “Smooth Operator”, which have already generated several hundred thousand streams.

Across his artist projects, Akamas has generated nearly 5 million streams, reflecting his experience across different styles of electronic music and further expanding his presence in the music industry.

As a DJ, Akamas plays everything from Chill House to Tech House, Afro House and Techno, adapting his sets to different crowds and atmospheres. He has played at various daytime electronic music events across the region, including all-day-long DJ sets, and has regularly performed in the VIP lounge at the football stadium of 1. FC Nürnberg. His DJ experience also includes an overseas appearance in New York, where he played at a hostel. The experience sparked his interest in playing more international gigs and exploring new opportunities beyond Germany.

For Akamas, producing and DJing go hand in hand. While producing allows him to work on his own ideas and experiment with different sounds, DJing gives him the opportunity to explore different styles of electronic music, discover new tracks and share the music he enjoys with others. Both are a big part of what he does, and he continues to develop as an artist through new releases, DJ sets and the experiences that come with them.
