Rich Biscuit

Rich Biscuit has spent over thirty years working the dancefloor with his infectious Deep Groovy House style - dubby, bassline-driven cuts that work in both intimate rooms and on the biggest festival stages. Rich started DJing in the early 90s. Through the decade and 00s he built serious experience across the UK Midlands with residencies at hot clubs like the Beatroot, AndWhyNot and Lizard Lounge. Under the Galetta alias, Rich achieved multiple chart positions including Traxsource Top 5 for 'Crystal Moments', with releases on 8House Records and his own Galetta Records imprint. His tracks have earned support from the world's biggest names including Jamie Jones, Joyce Muniz, Nic Fanciulli, Joseph Capriati, Claude VonStroke, Paul Oakenfold, Steve Lawler and Marco Faraone. Rich transitioned away from corporate life in 2023 to fully focus on music, launching The Afternoon Service - daytime dance events that focus on community, quality house music, and the simple joy of dancing. Co-founding the Northern Disco Affair collective alongside DJ and producer Pete Le Freq and promoter Bouji Debs, Rich continues making great parties and running regular events across the North. Double Dip Records launched at ADE 2025, with releases already picking up support and chart positions on the first few releases - Dj Harvey, K Klass, Graeme Park, Sam Divine, David Penn, Horse Meat Disco, Brandon Block to name just a few. Rich is actively building the label roster alongside a steady flow of his own productions. Currently based in York, Rich holds a number of local residencies and guest slots nationwide.
