DJ Nesta — originally from Chile and currently based in Auckland, New Zealand. Deeply connected to music from an early age, Nesta has become a key figure in Auckland’s nightlife scene over the past three years. His Latin roots shape his unique sound, blending the vibrant rhythms of Reggaeton, Afro House, House, Latin House, and Minimal. With a dynamic and energetic style behind the decks, Nesta delivers sets that ignite dance floors and create unforgettable atmospheres. He has performed at some of the most popular parties and venues in Auckland, collaborating with renowned event collectives such as NeverHide, Punto Latino, Parranda Latina and Latin Club. Among the standout events in which he has performed are Sudaka —in its Winter, Halloween, and New Year editions— La Gozadera, Ahuevo (Fitzroy), La Gran Fonda Chilena, Rhythm Afro, Inmigrantes, The Naughty (Queenstown) and the Euphoria Until Sunrise Festival. Each of these appearances has allowed him to connect with diverse audiences through his signature energy, refined selection, and deep understanding of Latin and global rhythms. His international journey has also taken him beyond the borders of New Zealand, performing on the stunning Koh Lanta Island in Thailand and in the culturally vibrant city of Hue, Vietnam. These experiences have enriched his musical identity, blending Latin roots with the evolving sounds of the global electronic scene. Furthermore, he collaborated with Never Hide Sess for its 10th edition, an exclusive session featured on their official YouTube channel, where he showcased his dynamic mixing style and ability to seamlessly fuse genres such as House, and Minimal.
