With a career spanning over 25 years, Swiss artist Aurel is a bridge between the golden era of trance and the high-tech precision of today. Starting his journey as a DJ in 1998, he has performed alongside titans such as Infected Mushroom, Liquid Soul, Xerox, Yahel, and Talamasca, honing a deep understanding of the global psytrance culture. After a break in 2009, he moved into music production in 2021. His music fuses the "timeless essence" of old-school Goa with the "frenetic energy" of contemporary full-on. Characterized by driving melodies and immersive auditory journeys, Aurel’s sound is a tribute to the roots of the genre while pushing its evolution forward.
