Nicolas Ojesto started his career as a DJ in various venues in Madrid, his hometown. He quickly began touring across the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. His background as a guitarist provided him with musical knowledge that helped him begin producing his own music. After ten years of DJing at some of Spain’s best clubs, he trained at Vestax School in Berlin to improve his production skills. Later, he moved to New York to further his training as a mixing engineer, completing internships at Drumm Studios owned by Stevie Wonder. Upon returning to Spain, he opened his own studio for mixing and production work.
During the pandemic, he rediscovered his interest in composing electronic music for his own project. This led to Niøm, his first track – a collaboration with Arodes on Rufus du Sol’s label (Rose Avenue). Arodes took notice of his talent, and together they founded the label "Unreleased Records." After several releases and notable performances around the world, he established a strong presence in the scene. Today, Unreleased Records, with Armada Music as its distributor, has become one of the fastest-rising labels globally, organizing festivals worldwide. Starting in 2024, he will be involved in the "All I Need" events at Playa Soleil.
Niøm has been bringing his vibrant energy and powerful sets in 2025 across various countries. His performances in Tulum, Mendoza, Miami, Los Angeles, Marrakech, Madrid, Valencia, Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Ibiza, Puglia, Mykonos, Cyprus, and Zurich showcase the potential of this versatile artist—able to channel deep emotions from his studio into major clubs around the globe.
