Dave Demon, born in Münster and raised in the small town of Greven, discovered his passion for electronic music at the young age of 11. It all began during visits to his neighbor and best friend, where he was first introduced to electronic sounds. Albums like Our Happy Hardcore by Scooter and the compilation Ravermen’s Friend had a lasting impact on his musical taste. His very first CD, Dance Now 9, opened the door to the world of ’90s Eurodance, featuring artists like Sven Väth, Marusha, The Prodigy, Winx, and Moby. At 17, Dave experienced the vibrant club nights at the legendary Cosmic Club, which later became known as the Fusion Club. The late-night sets by icons like DJ Rush and Chris Liebing left a deep impression on him. Inspired by the energy and atmosphere of these nights, he soon began producing his own music, setting the foundation for his journey into electronic sound creation. In 2021, Dave Demon made his return with a track on the label Definition of Hardtechno. This comeback reignited his creative drive and pushed him to explore new directions, making his sound even darker and more intense. Several new tracks followed, and in 2024, he founded his own label, Skullforge Recordings, to release music entirely on his own terms.
