À propos de moi.
Chris Stussy has firmly established himself as a tastemaker, selector, producer and label boss at the forefront of the scene, with his own sound pushing house music forward. 2020 marked a significant milestone with the launch of his label, Up The Stuss, a vinyl and digital platform for Chris and his peers to release forward-thinking, timeless club-focused productions. As the label celebrates its 5th anniversary in 2025, it has become a must-visit hub for quality cuts across the electronic sphere. Home to his 'Get Together' project alongside S.A.M., plus material from Kolter, Locklead, Burnski & Kepler, Paolo Rocco, Janeret, and more, the imprint reflects not only Chris's versatility as a producer but also his growth as an A&R and label head. As a DJ, Chris draws from a wide range of influences, transitioning effortlessly from intimate clubs to major festivals. Notable appearances include stages at Awakenings and Timewarp to Sunwaves and Coachella, as well as standout shows at Warehouse Project, KOKO, Club Space, and beyond. His rise as an Ibiza favourite is underscored by performances at DC10, Hï, and Amnesia for events like Circoloco, Paradise, Solid Grooves, and The Martinez Brothers, alongside appearances at Hï’s renowned opening parties. Chris’s schedule continues to be packed with global tours, headline shows, and extended sets in his home city, ensuring his presence is felt worldwide. As a producer, his original material, collaborations, and remixes continue to captivate both dancers and DJs alike. While each new track demonstrates subtle evolution, they all maintain the distinct sound that has become synonymous with his name. 2024 saw Chris raise the bar, with debut performances at the likes of Timewarp USA, another sold out UK tour, plus his highly anticipated Boiler Room debut, which garnered over 2 million views. Chris also took on some of his biggest shows yet, becoming a regular at Circoloco and playing peak-time slots at the likes of Awakenings, Creamfields and more, not to mention another sold out tour of Australia. In the studio, his productions continued to shine, with a second Across Boundaries outing coupled with releases like his #1 remix of Moby’s 'Go' on CSS and his remix of Todd Terry’s 'Bounce to the Beat’ . His 'Won’t Stop (Don’t)' EP on Up The Stuss closed out the year in style, with the title track securing another #1 on Beatport’s Deep House chart, all while introducing a new scholarship program to provide emerging talent with opportunities and mentoring. 2025 kicked off with one of Chris’s biggest milestones to date—the launch of USS, his own highly anticipated event series, debuting with a sold-out show at London’s iconic Roundhouse. Focusing on stripping things back, creating an immersive experience that places music at the forefront, the event aims to foster a mindful atmosphere, removing distractions to allow attendees to experience music in a pure and focused way. This vision will continue to unfold with further USS events and a fresh wave of music from Chris in the coming months. Looking ahead, Chris is set to take his creative vision even further with the launch of his new AV show at selected festivals across the year - including Lowlands and Creamfields - marking his first-ever performance of this kind. As he continues to push boundaries, Chris Stussy remains one of the most dynamic, influential and essential figures in the global house scene today.
