Biografía completa

Yago Boss is an electronic music producer and artist whose passion for sound began in childhood, experimenting with recording effects using his voice and everyday objects on cassette tapes. In 2001, he founded a rock band where he worked as a lyricist and performer, a stage that would later shape his melodic sensibility and ability to blend vocals and lyrics within electronic music. In 2002, he began his journey in digital music production under the aliases DJ Xav and Mr. Night, the latter recognized for its masked persona and alternative sound approach. By 2007, he adopted his definitive artistic identity as Yago Boss, marking the start of a new creative era in his career. Throughout his evolution, he has explored a wide range of styles including Deep House, Tech House, Future House, Big Room, Future Rave, and Melodic House, while also engaging in productions and co-productions for other artists in genres such as Pop, Electro Pop, and Vocal House. In 2007, during his early ventures into electronic music, he produced a remix of “Ghostbusters” by Ray Parker Jr., which was officially released in 2021, eight years after the launch of his first album on CD and limited vinyl edition (2013). Between 2012 and 2015, Yago Boss expanded his career into broadcasting, creating three radio shows: Tiempo de Electro (2012–2014): his first online radio show. Bassline (2012–2015): a weekly program focused on new electronic sounds. Radio Shock (2013): aired on FM radio, strengthening his role as a host and curator of electronic music. Both Tiempo de Electro and Bassline featured special collectible and downloadable editions, concluding their broadcasts in 2014 and 2015, respectively. His first record label signing came in 2014. A few years later, his music reached international audiences, leading to collaborations with the label he continues to work with today. During this period, he produced a new version of his track “Fuck Renegade” with African hip-hop, rap, and trap artist Cool H Franky (Yaoundé, Cameroon) in 2019. Over the years, he has worked with three record labels and maintains an active release schedule, including his latest single (May 2) and the next one set for November 21, 2025. In parallel, Yago Boss develops his role as a ghost producer, creating and co-producing tracks for various artists across different genres. In 2023, his work was recognized by Music Connection Magazine (USA), where he appeared in the October issue and the year-end edition (December) within the HOT100 Top 100, highlighting the best online performances of the year. Music Connection has been distributed throughout the *U.S. and Canada since 1977.
