The proposal of Leo Reyes is born at the intersection of acoustic discipline and electronic engineering. With a trajectory of over a decade as a session drummer in genres such as Jazz, Rock, and Latin rhythms, Reyes has translated polyrhythms and organic groove into the territory of raw Hard Techno.
Based in La Candelaria, the underground epicenter of Bogotá, his musical identity is fueled by the visceral intensity of the Colombian dancefloor and the dark aesthetics of Berlin and Amsterdam’s avant-garde. His sound moves away from static patterns; Reyes constructs architectures of impact where acid synthesis evolves over kicks processed with industrial textures.
The core of his project lies in the manipulation of extended tension: the ability to dilate sonic energy to its limit before releasing the rhythmic strike. It is a commitment to sound design and organic character, designed to make the audience lose track of time. In his hands, Techno reclaims its most physical instinct: a language where the rhythm hits the body with a musician's precision while the Acid distorts the senses.
