Born in Bari, Puglia in 1998, Giuseppe De Napoli—better known by his stage name Joe Dena, at just 13 years old he began setting the dance floors of his hometown. Joe’s sound is a seamless fusion of underground club energy, timeless funk and disco grooves, and rich ethnic textures. Drawing from a deep vinyl collection and a natural ear for rhythm, he blends classic soul with contemporary beats to create immersive musical journeys. His experience as a resident DJ for Milan’s iconic Giardino dei Visionari—a visionary Afro-inspired project—has strongly influenced his sonic identity. Today, he continues to shape the Italian nightlife as a resident DJ in Rome and Milan.
