Alex Guinda

Alex Guinda artista nacido en Barcelona empezó detrás de los vinilos con los géneros más underground y duros como el Schranz, Hardtek,Drum and bass, Raggatek tocando en salas como MamaMandawa y fiestas alternativas privadas de los años 2000 Barceloneses .

Más adelante añadió el tech house como base, aunque también junto con el house , el minimal deep y el techno ya que fue socio del evento Guaraná en Les Teules de la Costa Brava en Pals.

Estuvo siete años siendo el residente y llevando los riders de los artistas headliners. Compartiendo cabina con perfiles nacionales e internacionales como Mr.Barbara, Ken Ishi, Paul Kalkbrenner, Alexander Kowalski, Chus y Ceballos, Andres Campo, Hector Couto, Edu Imbernon entre muchos otros más.

Sus más de veinte años detrás de los vinilos han consolidado su sonido junto a su técnica en un ambiente energético y potente buscando siempre el dinamismo y la interacción con la pista.

Actualmente está produciendo su propia música de base en el género tech house aunque como en sus sesiones no descarta traer producciones de otros estilos ya que sus referencias van más allá de un único artista, buscando tracks que garanticen esta potencia que tanto le describe.

Alex Guinda, an artist born in Barcelona, got his start behind the turntables with the most underground and hard-hitting genres—such as Schranz, Hardtek, Drum and Bass, and Raggatek—playing at venues like MamaMandawa and alternative private parties in Barcelona during the 2000s.

Later, he added tech house to his repertoire, though he also incorporated house, minimal deep, and techno, as he was a partner in the Guaraná event at Les Teules on the Costa Brava in Pals.

He spent seven years as the resident DJ and handled the rider requests for headlining artists. He shared the booth with national and international artists such as Mr. Barbara, Ken Ishi, Paul Kalkbrenner, Alexander Kowalski, Chus y Ceballos, Andrés Campo, Héctor Couto, and Edu Imbernon, among many others.

His more than twenty years behind the turntables have solidified his sound and technique within an energetic and powerful atmosphere, always seeking dynamism and interaction with the dance floor.

He is currently producing his own music, primarily in the tech house genre; however, as in his sets, he doesn’t rule out including productions in styles that border on peak acid techno, among others, since his influences extend beyond any single artist—he seeks out tracks that deliver the raw energy that defines his style.
