(ENG) Ragnar Danneskjöld was born in one of the decades of the Techno boom, the 90s, specifically on June 28, 1990 in the city of Pereira, Colombia. Clearly influenced by his father at just 8 years old, this Techno geek was already listening to Trance and Dance, in his early years, and at 14 years old he enjoyed an endless number of musical genres, giving free rein to his imagination and developing rapidly in genres such as Hip Hop, Dance and of course Electronic music. It was around 2005 and raves, remates, and electronic parties for minors were beginning to take hold in the city, he attended everything he could; and after fully immersing himself in electronic music in 2007, he met the city's representative DJs such as Ado, Jhon Arce, Camila Concha and Andrés Niño; the latter took him under his wing, leading him to decide to become a DJ in 2008. He enrolled in the Quality Records academy run by DJ Andres More and DJ Freeze in Pereira in 2009, completing his DJ studies with outstanding performance. That same year, he embraced Techno as a genre after a friend showed him an impressive video by Richie Hawtin, his greatest influence, and from then on, he made Techno his essence. In 2010, he adopted the aka Andres Mali and began working with major labels in the city such as Station Group, Prestige, PAM, etc. He played at venues like Tropical Cocktails and Paradise nightclub, with internationally renowned DJs such as Camea & Alexi Delano, Pleasurekraft, Troy Pierce, among others. In 2011-2012, he dedicated himself to promoting his brand and the local scene, greatly encouraging and supporting local talent. He also played at the iconic Garden Club in the city of Pereira. In 2013, he was recruited by the Technosis collective (now Matteria), and thus experienced one of the most productive years of his career as a DJ and producer. In 2014, he made an important decision. Seeing how several of his friends were ending up on the streets, immersed in drug use, he decided to retire as an act of protest. They were tough years, his greatest passion was music and playing for his audience, but finally 10 years of introspection pass, in which his love for music never dies, he focuses on his sound and on himself, thus reaching the year 2024, in which he is contacted by an old friend and one of the most representative deejays in the country (Gotshell) who convinces him that a talent like his cannot be forgotten, and that the best thing for him and for music is for him to show his work, thus convincing him to return to the scene in a much more mature and focused way. His sound is hypnotic, minimalist, and rhythmic. "My set is characterized by a mental journey with a strong kick and bass. It's a deep techno, an expressive sonic narrative, with dark and thick atmospheres. For me, putting on a set is like telling a story." Ragnar Danneskjöld has always had an innate talent for music and emerged from one of the most important generations of the electronic music scene in his hometown. He is currently fully immersed and fully committed to his career. (SPA) Ragnar Danneskjöld nace en una de las década del boom del Techno, los años 90, concretamente el 28 de Junio de 1990 en la ciudad de Pereira, Colombia. Netamente influenciado por su padre con tan solo 8 años de edad, este friki del Techno ya escuchaba Trance y Dance, en sus primeros años de vida, y a los 14 años de edad gustaba de un sin fin de géneros musicales, dando riendo suelta así a su imaginación y desenvolviéndose de manera vertiginosa en géneros como el Hip Hop, el Dance y por supuesto la música Electrónica. Rondaba el año 2005 y estaban empezando a tomar fuerza en la ciudad las raves, los remates, y las fiestas electrónicas de menores, asistía a todo lo que podía; y después de sumergirse de lleno en la música electrónica en el año 2007 conoce a los djs representativos de la ciudad tales como Ado, Jhon Arce, Camila Concha y Andrés niño; este ultimo lo acoge como su pupilo, llevándolo a tomar la decisión de convertirse en deejay en el año 2008, inscribiéndose en la academia Quality Records de Dj Andres More y Dj Freeze en la ciudad de Pereira en el año 2009 y cursando los estudios de deejay con un desempeño superlativo. En el mismo año acoge el Techno como genero, luego de que un amigo le mostrara un impresionante video de Richie Hawtin su mas grande influencia y, de ahí en adelante hace del Techno su esencia. En el año 2010 adopta el aka de Andres Mali y empieza a trabajar con grandes marcas de la ciudad como Station Group, Prestige, PAM, etc; toca en lugares como Tropical Cocktails y la discoteca Paradise, con deejays de talla internacional tales como Camea & Alexi Delano, Pleasurekraft, Troy Pierce, entre otros. En los años 2011-2012 se dedica a promover su marca y la escena local, incentivando y apoyando de sobremanera el talento local; llegando también así a tocar así en el emblemático Garden Club en la ciudad de Pereira. En el año 2013 es reclutado por el colectivo Technosis (ahora Matteria) y transcurre así uno de los años mas productivos de su carrera, como dj y productor más, en el año 2014 toma una decisión importante, viendo como varios de sus amigos estaban terminando en las calles inmersos en la droga, decide retirarse como acto de protesta. Fueron años duros, su más grande pasión era la música y tocar para su publico, pero finalmente pasan así 10 años de introspección, en el que su amor por la música nunca muere, se enfoca en su sonido y en si mismo, llegando así el año 2024, en el cual lo contacta un viejo amigo y uno de los deejays más representativos del país (Gotshell) este lo convence de que un talento como el suyo no puede dejarse en el olvido, y de que lo mejor para el y para la música es que muestre su trabajo, convenciéndolo así de volver a la escena de una forma muchas mas madura y enfocada. Su sonido es hipnótico, minimalista y rítmico. “Mi set se caracteriza por ser un viaje mental con un kick y bajo fuertes, es un Techno profundo, una narrativa sónica expresiva, con atmósferas oscuras y gruesas. Para mi hacer un set es como contar una historia.” Ragnar Danneskjöld siempre ha tenido un talento innato hacia la música y ha surgido de una de las camadas mas importantes que ha dado la escena electrónica en su ciudad natal y en este momento se encuentra totalmente inmerso y comprometido totalmente con su carrera.
