DJ y productor nacido en Valencia y afincado en Barcelona, Nexo fusiona Techno, Hard Trance, Hard Techno, Mákina y Techno Bounce, creando sesiones de gran energía con una identidad muy marcada. Su propuesta se basa en mezclar melodías potentes, vocales cuidadosamente seleccionadas y la búsqueda de emociones en la pista que pueden transitar entre la alegría, la melancolía o incluso a veces algo más de oscuridad, pero siempre con un enfoque motivador y una ejecución técnica de alto nivel. Su estilo se caracteriza por buscar nuevas sensaciones a través de mezclas originales, atrevidas y muy trabajadas, que transforman cada track en una experiencia distinta. Aprendió a mezclar vinilos a los 15 años y desde entonces ha perfeccionado su técnica en todos los formatos: desde los Technics clásicos hasta CDJs, controladoras y sistemas híbridos con código de tiempo como Traktor. En el plano formativo, ha realizado cursos de producción con Julio Posadas y completó el máster Artist MBA de Aulart, ampliando su visión creativa, técnica y estratégica de la industria musical. Su carrera artística se divide en tres grandes etapas. La primera fue su época mákina: a principios de los 2000 actuó en algunas de las salas más representativas de Cataluña, como Ciutat La Nit, Club M7 o Kontrol (del grupo Scorpia), además de la sala 2 de la legendaria Pont Aeri. Su actuación más destacada de esa etapa fue en la macro discoteca Activa (Mataró), donde pinchó ante cientos de personas invitado por DJ Buenri, residente junto a Dj Pastis. Tras la caída de la escena Makina, Nexo se tomó un tiempo de reflexión artística que dio paso a su segunda etapa: el Hardstyle y Rawstyle. Con este sonido volvió a recorrer salas de Cataluña y Zaragoza (Sala Reset) compartiendo cartel con artistas como Dani BPM o The Straikerz, y actuando en uno de los festivales al aire libre más importantes del momento: Demolition Festival. Paralelamente participó en radio en el programa Decibelia junto a Juan Cruz y Nando Dixkontrol, presentando un top semanal de música hard. Durante este período fue también DJ residente de los warm-ups en Eleven (antiguo Pont Aeri), abriendo noches con artistas internacionales como Paul Elstak, The Playah, Miss K8, Noize Suppressor o Phuture Noize, entre muchos otros. Fue también cofundador de Way Of Life y Nemesis Hard Events, proyectos con los que organizó eventos en Barcelona combinando talentos locales con artistas internacionales como Rejecta, Kill Shot o Rob Gee. Incluso participaron en producciones conjuntas de mayor escala con promotoras como Demolition, Hard Sessions o Mad House. Todo ese impulso se frenó en seco con la pandemia, que obligó a pausar su faceta de promotor. La tercera etapa, la actual, es la más personal y ambiciosa. Nexo ha consolidado un estilo propio en el que fusiona todos sus referentes con un enfoque moderno, respetando la esencia de cada género pero llevándolo a su terreno: mezclas técnicas, creativas y contundentes, BPMs altos —entre 160 y 165— y un carácter distintivo que aporta velocidad, frescura y emoción. En 2025 lanzó su primer trabajo dentro de esta nueva etapa, “Spirit Voices”, publicado por 73 Muzik y sonando en programas como Makina Legends o Nau Is The Time de Digital Hits FM. Su próximo lanzamiento es un remix mákina en colaboración con Julio Posadas, que verá la luz bajo Previous Records. Nexo sigue perfeccionando su sonido cada día y apostando por un enfoque creativo y técnico que no se conforma con lo habitual. Un reflejo claro de su propuesta de hacer protagonista a las mezclas impactantes, fue un vídeo reciente en TikTok, donde mostró 4 formas de mezclar el tema más viral del verano, “Atlantis / Netherworld”, en diferentes estilos hard: Jumpstyle, Hardcore, Acid Techno y Mákina. El vídeo superó las 30.000 visualizaciones en pocos días. His artistic career unfolds in three major stages. The first was his Mákina era: in the early 2000s he performed at some of the most iconic venues in Catalonia, such as Ciutat La Nit, Club M7 and Kontrol (from the Scorpia group), as well as the second room of the legendary Pont Aeri. His most notable performance of that period took place at Activa (Mataró), a massive nightclub where he played in front of hundreds of people, invited by DJ Buenri, resident alongside DJ Pastis. After the fall of the Mákina scene, Nexo took some time for artistic reflection, which led to his second stage: Hardstyle and Rawstyle. With this sound he returned to venues across Catalonia and Zaragoza (Sala Reset), sharing line-ups with artists such as Dani BPM or The Straikerz, and performing at one of the most important open-air festivals of that moment: Demolition Festival. At the same time, he participated in radio on the show Decibelia with Juan Cruz and Nando Dixkontrol, hosting a weekly hard music chart. He was also co-founder of Way Of Life and Nemesis Hard Events, projects through which he organized events in Barcelona, bringing together local talent and international artists such as Rejecta, Kill Shot or Rob Gee. They even took part in larger collaborations with promoters like Demolition, Hard Sessions or Mad House. All that momentum came to a halt with the pandemic, which forced him to pause his promoter role. The third and current stage is his most personal and ambitious. Nexo has consolidated a signature style in which he blends all his influences through a modern perspective, respecting the essence of each genre while shaping it into his own: technical, creative and impactful mixes, high BPMs—between 160 and 165—and a distinctive character that brings speed, freshness and emotion.
