KASTA

Barcelona-based KASTA is emerging as one of the most driven new names in the hard techno and industrial underground. In less than a year behind the decks, he has built a trajectory that reflects not luck, but vision, discipline and relentless execution.

His debut in Warsaw was not only his first international appearance, but also the first time he ever performed in a club — a bold step that set the tone for everything that followed. Since then, he has maintained continuous momentum within Barcelona’s local circuit, performing at renowned clubs such as M7 and City Hall, while remaining deeply connected, playing at more underground raves and pre-festival gatherings, performing in highly alternative and clandestine spaces such as the Catacombs of Paris, which shaped his foundation. He has also recently made his international debut in Switzerland, expanding his reach beyond the local scene.

KASTA’s sound is defined by tension and impact. Industrial distortion, heavy percussive drive and uncompromising kicks collide with deep, emotive melodies that add depth and atmosphere to the chaos. His sets are immersive and physical, built with precision to control energy, create anticipation and deliver explosive release. It’s not just intensity — it’s structured aggression with emotional weight.

Beyond the booth, KASTA is the founder of BPM199, a platform dedicated to hard techno culture through curated events, showcases and recorded sessions. This dual role as both artist and curator reflects a long-term vision: not only to perform within the scene, but to actively shape it.

With rapid evolution, international projection and a work ethic that doesn’t slow down, KASTA represents a new wave of hard techno artists — ambitious, strategic and ready for bigger stages.

The growth has been fast. The direction is clear. The next step is inevitable.
