ADHDj is a DJ and producer whose life was shaped, and ultimately saved, by music. Living with ADHD, music became a way to focus, regulate and stay alive when everything else felt too loud. What started as survival grew into a sound and now through the founding of his club.adhd - a hub & platform for others to grow and be seen. Pulling from deep and all things house, UKG, techno, disco and bass-driven club music, ADHDj’s sets are high-energy, fast-moving and emotionally charged, reflecting the reality of an ADHD mind. His productions turn chaos into momentum and feeling into movement. ADHDj is also an ADHD awareness artist and advocate, using events and club spaces to support and connect others with ADHD. The project is about visibility, community and proving that neurodivergence isn’t weakness — it’s power
