Victor Verrier

Cultural agitator, vinyl archaeologist and compulsive record collector. Born in Valladolid, he began to set booths on fire at the end of the 90s, at the height of the indie scene, when guitars were anthems and dance floors temples. Forged as a resident DJ in different venues, he soon understood that the night was not only a party, but a community. From that vision was born the Berlanga Club Pop, a sound refuge in his hometown where generational anthems and impossible discoveries coexisted.

More than a decade ago, he changed the plateau for the Mediterranean and settled in Catalonia. There he became part of the starting line-up of that inexhaustible pool of DJs that was the mythical Legal Deposit of L'Hospitalet, a night laboratory where he learned that risk is always worth it.

Today it is common to see him behind the decks in the Maresme area, where he currently resides, deploying sessions that are a journey without maps. Oblivious to purisms and allergic to labels, he practices eclecticism without complexes: from indie to soul, from garage to signature pop, from elegant electronica to unexpected rarity. Their territory is on the margins, where genres mix and the dance floor decides.

More than playing records, he builds stories. And each session is an invitation to get lost in order to find yourself again in the least expected song.
