Tomi Cue's connection with music began long before the booths. Since he was a child he found in the guitar and bands a natural space of expression, going through different genres such as reggae, punk, pop and rock, always guided by curiosity and rhythm rather than staying within a single label.
His first steps as a DJ came in 2012 with Trax Records, an event producer in his hometown, where he received his first mentoring and accompaniment from Javier Linera. That stage marked the beginning of a link with electronic music that, although it had a long pause in between, never ceased to be present.
Over the years, his musical search leaned more and more towards the percussive, hypnotic and dark sounds of electronica. Currently, in addition to DJing, he works as a percussionist, an influence that directly crosses his way of building groove, dynamics and tension on the dance floor.
Today, Tomi Cue develops a sound located between the deeper, grooved side of tech house and the intensity of techno, looking for a dark, enveloping and progressive mix. Her sets are designed as a journey of energy and atmospheres, always prioritizing the movement of the dance floor and the genuine connection with those who dance.
More than chasing a formula, his goal is simple: to generate in other people the same feeling that electronic music produced for so many years.
