THEKSHH wasn't supposed to be a DJ. Nobody handed him a roadmap, nobody opened a door — he just found himself in front of a set of decks in 2020 and something clicked. A kid from Nashik, no scene connections, no formal training, just hours spent obsessing over how music moves people. Three years of that, quietly, in his own world. Then 2023 happened and he stepped out. Pune took him in and he got to work — building a residency at the student bar that runs on cheap drinks and good energy, the kind of spot where people come specifically to see what he does next. And somewhere between those weekly sets and the bigger rooms, Freq and Vault started calling. He answered. His sound is hard to pin down because he doesn't let it sit still. One moment it's the grinding weight of tech house, next it's the chaos of drum & bass, then something Bollywood creeps in and the whole room shifts in a way nobody saw coming. That's the thing about a THEKSHH set — it doesn't go where you expect it to go. It goes somewhere better. What he calls it is storytelling. There's an emotional thread running through everything he plays, a deliberate push and pull between tension and release that makes people forget they were just strangers sharing a dancefloor. He moved to Pune with nothing but the music. The music is starting to pay him back.
