Born as Steven Gregory Budovski in March 2006, TEDDY404 is part of a new generation of artists reshaping the emotional language of the underground. Alongside his work in music, he is currently pursuing an LL.B degree, balancing academic discipline with a rapidly evolving creative identity. At just 20 years old, he brings a fearless fusion of hard techno, hard groove, and bounce - driven by an unapologetic pop instinct that cuts through the darkness with moments of euphoria, tension, and release.

His journey into music didn’t begin in the usual way. It started with a breaking point. After going through the most intense heartbreak of his life, TEDDY404 turned to DJing not as a hobby, but as an outlet - an escape that quickly became an obsession. What began as a way to process loss and chaos evolved into a deeper exploration of identity, emotion, and control. Music became the place where everything he couldn’t say found a voice.

That emotional foundation was only deepened by personal tragedy. Following the loss of his father in the October 7 attacks, music became more than expression - it became a form of survival. Those experiences continue to shape the intensity, vulnerability, and emotional charge behind every set.
