Soph Mota

Soph Mota is a DJ originally from Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, who has partying in her DNA. Her connection with electronic music was born between festivals, clubbing nights, sunsets in front of the sea and moments that always end up becoming great stories.

Influenced by artists such as Boris Brejcha, ARTBAT, Solomun and Sarah Landry, her sound moves between melodic techno, house, afro house and techno, combining hypnotic grooves, enveloping melodies and a lot of energy.

Soph knows the track because she lives it. Before she's behind the turntables, she's been that person who never wants the party to end, who knows the power of a good track and knows exactly what it feels like when the DJ puts on that song everyone needed to hear.

Today she brings that same energy to her sets, with a fresh, authentic proposal and without fear of raising the intensity. Her project is just beginning, but she has something very clear: if there is good music, good vibes and a desire to dance, Soph is in her element.

Because for her, the party isn't just where she goes. It's part of who she is.
