I'm Solomasster, a DJ from CDMX, and I've been doing what I love the most for more than 8 years: looking for good music and finding a way to make it work together.

I move mainly between Hip Hop, R&B, House and Afrobeat, but I also like to play with Reggaeton, Dancehall, Amapiano, Funk and any other sound that can bring something to the moment. I'm not too interested in what year a song is; if it works, it works.

I like my sets to be harmonious, vibrant and a little unexpected. That people dance, but also that suddenly they hear something they didn't expect and say: "what song is that?"

I collect vinyl and I love the physical format for everything it represents: looking for records, finding jewelry and listening to that warm sound they have. Although I also combine vinyl and digital depending on the event.

I have played mainly at private events, brands and bars, always looking for the music to feel an important part of the experience and not simply as background music.
