Slowmode

Slowmode (Sasha) is a Warsaw-based DJ, selector, and vinyl collector originally from eastern Ukraine. His sets are built around careful selection and a strong sense of progression, focusing on atmosphere, groove, and long-form storytelling on the dancefloor. Working across several electronic genres, Slowmode avoids rigid formulas, allowing each set to evolve naturally in response to the space and crowd. His sound reflects a balance between depth and movement, with close attention to flow and timing. Based in Warsaw, he is a resident DJ and artist booker at Mastak Records. In 2025, he has already played more than 40 club gigs. Alongside performing, Slowmode also teaches vinyl DJing, sharing practical knowledge and technique with new and developing DJs.
