Originally from Valle de Bravo, Mexico, Shakti Muni began his career in the electronic scene in 2002 and developed his musical project in 2005, building since then an identity focused on psychedelic trance, forceful beats and a powerful dance floor energy.

His career has taken him from Mexico City to the Caribbean and to various states of the country, consolidating himself strongly in the scene and being part of projects such as Larva Vice and Playa Rave, in addition to actively participating in the evolution of the electronic scene in Playa del Carmen.

In 2020 he debuted as a producer with Alien Conspiracy Records and, later, he joined Fractal Baby Records, a Swedish label, consolidating an intense, psychedelic and dynamic sound proposal.

In 2022 he participated in the opening of Avalon Club, in Playa del Carmen, a space dedicated to psychedelic trance and techno. In 2023 he resumed Annunaki Label, developing festivals and experiences in cenotes and beaches in the Mexican Caribbean together with Mitote Productions, including Kutz Festival, Xook'olte and Sonic Duality.

In 2025, both forces create Mystic Tides. As part of this new stage, he is working on the launch of the Tribal Gathering Teaser Mexico, in collaboration with prominent Mexican producers and great allies from Panama, connecting different communities and scenes in Latin America through music, culture and the festival experience, thus marking a significant moment in his career.

Shakti Muni has constantly evolved as a DJ, producer, visual artist and creator of experiences. His proposal remains in transformation, always at the forefront of the national and international electronic scene, without losing the essence of his purpose in music: energy, psychedelia, rhythm, connection and a deep passion for creating and sharing experiences that transcend the dance floor.

His career has taken him from Mexico City to the Caribbean and across various regions of Mexico, establishing a strong presence within the scene. He has been part of projects such as Larva Vice and Playa Rave, while also actively contributing to the growth and evolution of Playa del Carmen's electronic music scene.

In 2020, he made his debut as a producer with Alien Conspiracy Records and later joined Sweden-based label Fractal Baby Records, further establishing an intense, psychedelic, and dynamic sound.

In 2022, he took part in the opening of Avalon Club in Playa del Carmen, a venue dedicated to psychedelic trance and techno. In 2023, he revived Annunaki Label, working alongside Mitote Productions to develop festivals and immersive experiences in cenotes and on the beaches of the Mexican Caribbean, including Kutz Festival, Xook'olte, and Sonic Duality.
