Seán Ruane

Seán is a Dublin-based DJ and producer, active since 2018. His sound is shaped by a deep appreciation for loopy, hypnotic techno, drawing inspiration from the raw energy of the 90s and early 2000s.

His sets are on the edge of house and techno, combining rolling, hypnotic grooves with touches of electro and tougher house elements, creating a focused, driving, and immersive atmosphere.

Alongside DJing, Seán has been producing since 2020, developing a sound influenced by the Irish underground as well as artists like Robert Hood, Steve Rachmad and USER. His productions lean toward stripped-back, loop-driven techno, with an emphasis on rhythm, tension, and subtle evolution.
