Behind the knobs, synthesizers, and the alias SCON is Benjamín Rodríguez, a Chilean producer and DJ who discovered very early on that his life was going to be marked by rhythm and frequencies. For Benjamín, electronic music isn't just disco entertainment; it's a language of escape, energy, and deep emotional connection. Unlike many producers who learn strictly empirically, Benjamin decided to merge his passion with academia, becoming a Sound Engineer. This decision was no coincidence: he wanted to be in full control of his art. Knowing exactly how sound travels in a room and how to make a bass rumble perfectly gave him the tools to be the absolute architect of his songs, taking care of the mixing and mastering himself. His sound proposal moves naturally between the euphoria of EDM and the deep and melodic atmospheres of Progressive House. It is a large-scale music, ideal for festivals, but also enjoyed in the intimacy of headphones. The true reflection of his maturity and identity came with the development of his debut album, "Learn From Life", an independent project to which he dedicated more than a year of continuous work in the studio, pouring his experiences, falls and personal learnings into each melody. Today, SCON's project is experiencing a golden moment. His most recent release is achieving resounding success on digital platforms, massively connecting with listeners looking for fresh and professional sounds. This great digital reception has been strongly transferred to physical dance floors: Benjamin has begun to tour and play in different clubs throughout Chile, consolidating his reputation as an energetic DJ capable of dominating the booth and making the audience of his native country vibrate with productions of his own making.
