SALMAH°F

Salma is a genre-fluid composer, hybrid DJ, and music therapist whose sound bridges classical traditions with techno and ethnic music. Growing up in a musical family, she developed her own roots in flute, voice, piano, and ballet, weaving acoustic textures with electronic soundscapes to create emotionally resonant experiences.

Her creative process is shaped by a psychoanalytic and music-therapeutic lens, grounded in research exploring raves as modern rituals. Guided by resonance and real-time responsiveness, her hybrid DJ sets draw on Asian and African-inspired sounds to invite deep listening and bodily connection. Moved by artists such as Reinier Zonneveld and Âme, she crafts transformative journeys that transcend space and time, and invite shared emotional landscapes.

Her artist name, derived from Fahrenheit (°F), speaks to her intent: to turn up the heat; evoking intensity, warmth, and release through sound. For Salma, music is resonance work: a journey that vibrates between people, bodies, and the subconscious.

Currently, Salma is working on original productions to share her unique sound with audiences worldwide. Salma’s emerging universe is ready to burn. Let’s turn on the heat.
