Rubi is a Berlin-based DJ and producer whose sound is defined by emotional depth, raw energy and narrative-driven techno journeys. His style moves between Peak Time Techno and Raw / Deep atmospheres, creating sets that are powerful, hypnotic and deeply connected to the dancefloor.

Originally from Spain and shaped by Berlin’s underground culture, Rubi has built his identity through intense club experiences and a strong connection to queer and fetish techno communities. He has performed at major international events such as Darklands Festival (Antwerp), Folsom Europe, Easter Berlin, as well as in renowned Berlin venues including KitKatClub, Boyberry, SchwuZ and multiple underground showcases. His international journey also includes performances in Zurich, Madrid and the United States.

Beyond his work as a DJ, Rubi is the founder of the HOST collective, an independent Berlin-based project focused on creating inclusive, high-quality techno experiences and supporting emerging talent. Through HOST and other curated events, he actively contributes to the growth of the underground scene by giving space to new voices and fresh energy.

Rubi’s sets are built as emotional journeys — moving from subtle tension to explosive release — always maintaining a strong narrative flow. Rather than following trends, his focus lies in creating authentic experiences where sound becomes atmosphere, memory and connection.

Looking forward, Rubi aims to expand his international presence, develop his own event concepts on a larger scale, and continue shaping a techno identity that connects raw club energy with emotional storytelling across borders.

Rubi es un DJ y productor afincado en Berlín, cuyo sonido se define por la profundidad emocional, la energía cruda y los viajes narrativos dentro del techno. Su estilo se mueve entre el Peak Time Techno y atmósferas Raw y Deep, creando sets potentes, hipnóticos y con una fuerte conexión con la pista.

Originario de España y moldeado por la cultura underground berlinesa, Rubi ha construido su identidad a través de intensas experiencias en clubes y una estrecha relación con la escena queer y fetichista del techno. Ha actuado en grandes eventos internacionales como Darklands Festival (Amberes) Fusion Festival 2025, Folsom Europe y Easter Berlin, además de en reconocidos clubes de Berlín como KitKatClub, Ritter buzke, Pfeile Halle SchwuZ, Oxy club y diversos showcases underground. Su trayectoria internacional incluye también actuaciones en Zúrich, Madrid y Estados Unidos.

Más allá de su faceta como DJ, Rubi es fundador del colectivo HOST, un proyecto independiente con base en Berlín enfocado en crear experiencias techno inclusivas, de alta calidad, y en apoyar a nuevos talentos. A través de HOST y otros eventos curados, contribuye activamente al crecimiento de la escena underground, ofreciendo espacio a nuevas voces y energías frescas.

Sus sets se construyen como viajes emocionales, que evolucionan desde la tensión sutil hasta la liberación explosiva, manteniendo siempre una narrativa clara. Más que seguir tendencias, Rubi busca crear experiencias auténticas donde el sonido se convierte en atmósfera, memoria y conexión.

De cara al futuro, Rubi tiene como objetivo expandir su presencia internacional, desarrollar conceptos propios de eventos a mayor escala y seguir construyendo una identidad techno que conecte la energía cruda del club con el storytelling emocional a nivel global.
