PROTOMAN_ is a Honduran DJ in Utila, blending energetic Tech House, House, and Deep House with a musician's understanding of rhythm, arrangement, and crowd dynamics.

Although his DJ journey officially began in 2024, his connection to music started much earlier. A multi-instrumentalist since 2007, PROTOMAN_ has spent years performing as a keyboardist, guitarist, and percussionist in live bands, developing a deep understanding of musical structure, composition, and performance. This background allowed him to transition naturally into DJing, bringing a level of musical intuition that shapes every set.

Inspired and mentored by established Utila DJs, PROTOMAN_ quickly became an active part of the island's growing electronic music community. Known for his carefully crafted build-ups, impactful drops, and ability to read a crowd, PROTOMAN_ creates dancefloor experiences that keep audiences engaged from start to finish. His performances have earned praise from both locals and international visitors, many highlighting the energy and momentum he brings to every set.

Alongside DJing, PROTOMAN_ produces original music using a completely dawless setup built around Circuit Tracks, Volca Kick, and Koala Sampler, embracing a hands-on approach to electronic music creation. His productions reflect the same philosophy as his live performances: groove-driven, energetic, and designed to move people.
