Pietro Tirasso

Born and raised on the shores of the Caribbean Sea and with Italian roots, Pietro Tirasso is a house DJ and producer whose style is deeply influenced by the coastal vibes of his upbringing. The essence of the seaside is distinctly woven into his sound, giving his music a unique and vibrant energy characterized by enveloping basslines, memorable pads, and infectious rhythms filled with groove. House and subgenres like Tech House, Deep House, Minimal House, and New Disco constitute his musical palette, making him a versatile artist. He is capable of adapting seamlessly to any occasion while maintaining his distinctive style — whether he's playing a sunset set on the beach or at an underground nightclub in the city. Pietro is a natural music curator who pays special attention to his selection process, resulting in a solid collection that reflects his essence. Before becoming a DJ, music already played an essential role in Pietro's life. His years of experience as a multi-instrumentalist and composer laid the foundation for his artistic development, now focused on producing house music and curating DJ sets. Pietro's transition to his current focus was driven by the discovery of several musical currents in the late 2010s. Labels like Heist, Defected and Hot Creations, prominent in the house scene, played a crucial role. Additionally, the influence of DJs and producers such as Sidney Charles, Josh Butler, Waff, Joseph Capriatti and ANOTR was essential in shaping and defining his unique style. Thus, Pietro took his initial steps as a DJ and quickly integrated into the electronic music scene of his hometown in Colombia. His talent opened doors to major events, sharing stages with renowned international DJs like Claptone. Furthermore, his skill and charisma earned him a residency at the city's best beach club, Kilymandiaro. After an energetic start as a DJ, Pietro decided to pause to focus on refining his skills in music production and exploring new horizons in Europe, leaving his seaside home to settle in Germany. Pietro made a strong comeback to the decks as a resident at one of Düsseldorf's most notable underground parties, Rabiat, And also as a resident in one of the best Bars by the Rhein river, the Meerbar where he discloses his most deep and latin house sound.
