Peter Kurten is a Belgian drum and bass producer, DJ, and remixer from Dour, Belgium. He has been active on the scene since 2002, got his first tracks signed in 2005, and then became a Therapy Session artist, traveling all over Europe to play at famous dark drum and bass parties organized by Robyn Chaos. He is also a metal musician, playing guitar, bass, and drums in bands. He is signed on labels like Evil Beats (his own label), Genosha 175, T3K, Union, Black Hoe, Yellow Stripe, Harder And Louder, Intrangisent, and more. He has collaborated with and remixed many artists from the scene such as Switch Technique, Zardonic, The Outside Agency, Katharsys, DJ Hidden, Coman Dante, Sinecore (his brother), Air J, T Psy, Human Error, Savage, Section 63 (aka The Sect), BSA, Robyn Chaos, and many more. His musical repertoire is really wide, and over the years, he has produced techno, dubstep, drum and bass, jungle, hardcore, metal, breakbeat, but mainly focuses on the various genres and sub-genres of drum and bass music. He has also been a part of bands like Project: Mayhem, Antichristus, Do Or Die, and many more. In 2025, Peter Kurten won the remix contest of the legendary label Barcode, which allowed him to remix two tracks from Counterstrike, Donny, and Katharsys. This resulted in the duomix "3 Days Timeline," released on the compilation celebrating the 50th release of the label, alongside major artists such as Zombie Cats, Audio, Hallucinator, Donny, The Satan, Noise Smith, Katharsys, DJ Hidden, and The Outside Agency.
