Paul Hutchinson began his DJ journey in 1988, inspired by house music pioneers Frankie Knuckles and Masters At Work. One of the first DJs in Colchester, Essex to bring house music to the bar scene, he packed out venues for three solid years. After a break to raise his son, Paul reignited his career in 2010 after winning Pioneer DJ’s King of the Decks competition – a moment that gave him the belief to push forward and never look back. Since then, he’s played iconic venues across the globe including the Miami Winter Music Conference, Ibiza (Es Paradis, Eden, Tulp, Bora Bora and more), London (Fabric, Pacha, Printworks), Amsterdam (ADE), New Zealand, Spain, Bali Indonesia and beyond. In 2016, he launched his own house music brand Mi Casa Es Tu Casa, hosting parties in Ibiza, Italy, Amsterdam, and across the UK and Spain. He also released his debut album Looking Back in 2021, featuring collaborations with artists like FiL Straughan and Paul Hardcastle Jnr. Now based in Estepona, Spain, Paul runs Rockin Social, a social media agency for DJs and creatives, and teaches others through his books DJ’s Guide To Success and Amplify Your Brand as well as an online course.
