Full bio

Paride Pavone is an Italian DJ and producer from Southern Italy, Puglia, whose musical identity is built around a fluid dialogue between house, disco, funk, jazz-funk and contemporary electronic music.

Rather than belonging to a single genre, his sound is shaped by a constant movement between past and present. His selections and productions reflect a deep interest in the roots of dance music: from the warmth of funk and disco to the hypnotic language of house, with a particular attention to groove, harmony and musical detail.

Vinyl culture, record digging and sample-based production are an important part of his approach, without becoming a nostalgic limitation. For Paride, the past is not something to simply reproduce, but a living archive to reinterpret with a forward-looking sensibility. His musical vision is close to artists and selectors who have been able to transform black music, disco and house into a personal language, where the dancefloor remains central but never predictable.

Over the years, Paride has developed his path through DJ sets, residencies and releases on different labels, including Spicy Records, Dobro Music and Cruise Music. Each release represents a fragment of his story: a moment, an influence, a memory or a specific phase of his studio research.

His experience as a DJ began and grew strongly in Southern Italy, where he held residencies in some of the most relevant clubs of the area, building a style based on musical coherence, energy and emotional progression. Behind the decks, his sets move naturally between soulful grooves, disco-driven rhythms, house textures and more electronic shades, always maintaining a strong sense of narrative.

Paride Pavone’s work is rooted in club culture, but also in a wider idea of music as memory, research and personal expression. Looking ahead, he is developing new projects connected to his studio work, including the idea of a future label: a space where his musical language, his relationship with the territory and his vision as a producer can take a more defined shape.
