NiK

NiK is a DJ and producer based in Turkey, working at the intersection of ambient, experimental electronics, and hypnotic club music. His approach to DJing is rooted in storytelling — building sets that evolve from minimal, textural beginnings into deeper rhythmic states, and dissolving back into atmosphere.

Influenced by altered states of consciousness and layered sonic structures, NiK treats sound as a living system rather than a fixed form. His work explores repetition, gradual transformation, and the emotional impact of subtle changes over time.

Beyond DJing, NiK is developing his conceptual project “Lamella”, focusing on how simple musical ideas can expand into immersive sonic experiences without losing depth. This mindset directly shapes his DJ sets, where progression and mood take priority over genre boundaries.

His performances are not designed as peak-time tools, but as immersive journeys — inviting the listener into a continuous flow between tension and release, rhythm and texture, body and mind.
