Mzm does not understand electronic music as a simple genre, but as a way of life.
Originally from Asturias and based in the Spanish Levante, his connection with electronic music began at a very young age, when in a town of just 100 inhabitants he already dreamed of listening to DJ Pepo and feeling that one day his place would be on the other side of the booth.
At the age of 18 he moved to Madrid, where he spent almost a decade absorbing the rave and clubbing culture of the capital. Between endless nights, constant learning and a deep connection with the scene, he ends up building a very clear vision of what music represents for him: community, energy, family and truth.
The sound of Mzm is always guided by a deeply groove and hypnotic essence. Their sessions are built with groove, tension, percussion, vocals and melodies that appear at the exact moment to elevate the track. It does not seek only to make people dance; seeks to generate a journey, a collective connection, that instant where cabin and runway merge
Beyond DJing, Mzm also lives the scene from the inside as a promoter, promoter and cultural agitator. His philosophy has always been clear: to create real spaces for music and give visibility to the emerging talent that keeps underground culture alive.
His career has taken him to reference spaces such as Metro Dance Club, in addition to consolidating a residency of years at Hook Club, where he achieved something difficult: to build a faithful community around techno in an environment dominated by more commercial trends.
In the booth, Mzm is intensity, emotion and dedication. He believes in mixes that make your skin crawl, grooves that mesmerize and sessions that leave a mark.
