MTMA

Born in Verona, MTMA developed an early connection with the harder and more emotional side of electronic music. Drawn to rave culture from a young age, his sound has been shaped by years of exploration across techno, trance, hard trance and tekno. In 2015, repeated stays in Berlin exposed him to the raw energy of the underground scene, leaving a lasting influence on both his artistic vision and approach to electronic music. The transition from clubber to DJ came years later, evolving naturally through underground events and collective-driven experiences in Italy, where he began performing in the local rave circuit and building his presence within the DIY scene. Since then, MTMA has performed across Italy and abroad, including appearances at Keep it Secret in Gouda (NL), Florida in Brescia, Monsterland Festival in Imola, and various independent raves and underground events throughout Northern Italy, as well as an independent rave organized atop Berlin’s Flakturm Humboldthain. His connection to the underground circuit is also reflected in guest mixes for platforms such as Backside Radio and Sphynxcast. Constantly evolving, MTMA’s sound blends hard trance, hard bounce and tekno into a fast, energetic and emotionally charged experience, balancing rave intensity with melodic tension. Alongside his activity as a DJ and producer, he is currently involved in the creation of a new cultural project in Verona focused on building an independent space for electronic music and underground culture.
