MONH

Mónica Nevarez is a DJ born in Culiacán, Sinaloa, who fuses indie dance and techno to build a dark, hypnotic and atmospheric proposal. Their sound is defined by deep rhythms, progressive transitions, and a sonic aesthetic that maintains tension while inviting movement.

She recently began her career in the local scene, performing as a guest DJ and being selected as a resident in events that seek a different proposal and full of mysticism. Inspired by the moon and subtle demonic symbols, MONH is committed to a powerful and coherent artistic identity, both in its musical and visual style.

In such a short time he has participated in events with talents such as crestfallen, Dan solo, Techniscims, Blue Dermon, Bruja de mentiras, Fausto, Francia Oropeza, Kassie, among others. Consolidating his presence within the emerging scene.

In 2025 he began his path in music production, exploring new sounds and collaborating with Oca Mx, Eddie velo, and valmaiin. Opening the door to future releases and a deeper evolution of their artistic identity.

Currently, MONH is part of Behind The Noise, a Mexican record label, dedicated to promoting and strengthening emerging talent within the national electronic scene. Sharing space with various artists from the country, this collaboration represents a new stage in their artistic development and a platform to continue expanding their sound identity and a constantly evolving vision.

Today, MONH is a resident of LAEME STUDIO, a space dedicated to promoting alternative sound proposals and experiences focused on underground electronic music. Since November 2025, she has established herself as one of the club's resident artists, regularly participating in its events and contributing to the growth of a community that is committed to dark, hypnotic and avant-garde sounds.

His residency at LAEME STUDIO has represented a key stage in the development of his project, allowing him to share the booth with different national talents and strengthen an artistic identity that continues to evolve both musically and visually.
