Molano

Diego Molano is an open-format DJ born and raised in Cali, Colombia. His career began in 2016 at MiKasa Bar, one of the most influential spaces in the Cali alternative scene, where he developed a broad musical vision and a unique ability to connect genres, cultures and generations through the dance floor.

Co-founder of the Demboyz collective, Diego has built a sound identity that has reggaeton as its central axis, but that is nourished by influences as diverse as dancehall, hip hop, house, afrobeat, salsa, champeta and other global rhythms. This mix has allowed him to consolidate himself as a versatile DJ, with great audience reading and the ability to adapt to different formats, spaces and audiences without losing energy or personality.

Throughout his career he has been part of the programming of some of the most recognized bars and clubs in Cali, including Cielo Jaguar, Espacio 10-60, La Bandida, La Purga, Sagsa, La Premiere, Zorro Azul, Cardinals, Don Juan de la Torre, La Terraza, among others. Until 2025 he was resident DJ at La Pérgola Clandestina, one of the most prominent clubs in Colombia and recognized within the ranking of the 100 Best Clubs in the World of the International Nightlife Association. Today he is the Programmer and Music Curator of Doyo.

His experience also extends to different cities in the country, with presentations in venues in Bogotá, Medellín, Armenia and Tuluá. Among them are Armando Records, Videoclub, Vintrash, O.D.E.M., El Picó, La Piel Roja, Pantera – Ghetto Project, Bombay, El Cuchitril, Icónico and Eleven, consolidating a constant presence within the national circuit of clubs and events.

As part of Demboyz, Diego has participated in large-format stages in front of thousands of people. Among his most outstanding presentations are the Oktoberfest Cali, where he opened the stage for Orishas in front of more than 3,000 attendees, and the opening of Residente's concert before an audience of more than 8,000 people. He has also been part of events and festivals such as La Divina Sessions, Claro Música Fest and Sabor a Colombia.

With a proposal focused on energy, connection with the public and the construction of memorable experiences, Diego Molano has established himself as a safe bet for clubs, festivals, brands and events that are looking for a DJ capable of keeping the dance floor moving from start to finish.
