Mateo Barrionuevo

Argentinian DJ and producer, develops his proposal within the universe of house, exploring different moments, scenes and ways of understanding the genre.

Their musical identity has as their main references the tech house of the 2000s, West Coast and deep house, although their selection also moves through different expressions of house and minimal, adapting to the moment and context of each set.

His search is based on groove as a central element: deep bass lines, marked percussions and an aesthetic that finds inspiration in the sound of the late 90s and early 2000s. Rather than limiting himself to a label, he seeks to connect different aspects of house and find the common points between them.

In parallel to his work as a DJ, he develops his own music, bringing these influences to production and progressively exploring a sound identity of his own.

Throughout his career he has shared the booth with artists such as Rich NxT, Martín Huergo, Dellacasa and Gonzalo Seijas, participating in different meetings and proposals linked to the house scene.
