KXZ

While KXZ’s sonic identity is heavily rooted in underground rave culture and alternative sounds, their sheer versatility has established them as a defining force across Accra’s vibrant cultural landscape. They are equally magnetic whether delivering pulsating Afro House sets at the city's premier cultural hotspots or commanding gritty, late-night warehouse raves with boundary-pushing global bass fusions.

Beyond the decks, KXZ is a passionate advocate for the healing power of community and a pivotal figure in local arts education. They actively cultivate the scene's ecosystem by facilitating free, comprehensive DJ workshops at Vibrate Space. Through detailed technical exercises and thoughtful discussions on the craft, KXZ creates a collaborative environment that guides both emerging beginners and seasoned professionals.

This deep commitment to collective growth is mirrored in their extensive multidisciplinary partnerships. Spanning a wide range of creative skills and interests, KXZ has collaborated closely with Accra’s most forward-thinking artists and collectives, including Unwind Accra, The Weird Cult, Oroko Radio, Akutso Design Studio, Accra House Fest and Threaded Tribes.
